As you may or may not know, I am the new LSPD Chief, Now, I am going to be making some changes to the way the LSPD has been run in the past. I am going to train Officers to help them help you perform to their best abilities. I am going to be cracking down on Gangs, I am not going to tolerate any crime, with your help, we can make Los Santos a safer place for us all, Thank you,

Your going to need to try hard to catch me. Also if you fuck around with me then you will pay a huge price.
